Inside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking professional and charismatic Inside Sales Representatives for our growing e-commerce department who are goal-oriented, self-motivated and truly passionate in regards to sales and customer service. As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the voice of our company. These positions will be servicing customers contacting us through one of our many product websites and/or calling into our customer service department; therefore, it is imperative that we have representatives who display exceptional telephone communication skills.

In this role, you will take the lead to promptly and courteously assist all customers with their selection and purchase of specialty bedding products. You will be the subject matter expert that will lead the customer through the selection process of the bedding that best meets their needs. You will handle customer service issues and follow-up with customers after a purchase is made. To be an excellent Inside Sales Representative you must be patient, understanding, empathetic and attentive to any and all inquiries. Required Skills
o Effectively communicate and build relationships with customers to provide a world class customer experience
o Utilize consultative selling techniques to present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the customers' needs and expectations
o Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to the role through superb attendance, punctuality and strong adherence to our code of conduct
o Demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and strive to improve your skills and sales performance
o Consistently reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
o Effectively execute the entire sales process from opening to close
o Work onsite in a call center environment
Required Experience
o 2 years of work experience in an inside phone sales, commissioned sales or call center environment is preferred
o Minimum 6 months related experience selling to individual consumers
o Proven track record at achieving sales goals and high client satisfaction results
o Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written
o Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, Saturdays and occasional holidays
o Computer skills that include typing, understanding of commonly used software programs and the ability to navigate and learn to use proprietary programs
o Experience navigating websites, responding via chat and phone
o Highly self- motivated, energetic and results oriented
o Detail oriented in order to ensure accuracy of information delivered to consumers and recorded for processing
o Ability to understand product/service and communicate features and benefits during sales calls
o Ability to build strong personal relationships over the phone and to work effectively as part of a team
o Ability to communicate easily with a wide range of individuals with a strong phone presence
o HS Diploma or GED required
o 2 years of post-high school education is highly desirable

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
