Accountant

Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Four years of related work experience. Preferred
Qualifications:
Master's degree. Four to six years of relevant work experience. Energy sector or solar energy experience in utility, commercial or residential/small commercial environment. KSA:
Display initiative and accept responsibility for own actions to get the job done under general supervision. Apply knowledge and skills to perform assignments with little instruction. Continuously and actively develop industry and professional knowledge, skills and expertise. Understand implications of work, exercise judgment and discretion in recommending solutions and improvements to processes. Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Effectively utilize available and relevant technical tools and resources (e.g., Microsoft Office, other software or hardware, manufacturing systems and equipment, etc.). Possess exellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to explain detailed and specialized job-related information to diverse audiences. Perform assigned tasks with reliability, honesty and discretion. May act as a subject matter expert. KSA Subfunction:
Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the area of finance and accounting. Work Environment:
General office environment. Exposed to moderate noise level. Physical Abilities:
Light sedentary office work. Minimal lifting (Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
