o Patrol transient and reserved parking levels on foot.
o Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
o Direct incoming Customers to available parking spaces.
o Count vehicles on location throughout shift as needed.
o Courteously assist Customers by answering any questions they may have.
o Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
o Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager or Senior Manager.
o Have a thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.
o Maintain a neat and clean appearance and remain in complete uniform at all times.
o Achieve task given by Operations Manager or Event Manager with other duties as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
o Managing multiple Event locations
o Verify shift transactions against cashier's money on hand during bank drops.
o Respond to customer service issues and resolve on the spot. Maintain order in assigned lot.
o Maintain relationships with police department and security personnel.
o Supervise employees and serve as liaison between employees and upper management.
o Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
o Maintain a neat and clean appearance and arrive and remain in complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts.
o Report any unknown, observed or suspected violation of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the managers.
o Troubleshoot and resolve challenges with event parking situations.
o Have a thorough knowledge of all property's we manage, thorough knowledge of all operations, as well as special requirements for all venues.
o Complete other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
o Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
o Minimal high school diploma or equivalent. Parking experience preferred, but not required.
o Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
o Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but standard written or oral instructions.
o Ability to effectively respond positively to customer problems or complaints.
o Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; able to deal with change, delays or unexpected events
o Management experience with multiple location supervision preferred but not required
o Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills are a must. Must have knowledge of computer systems and prior exposure to personal computers
(Excel, Word, AS/400 and Outlook).
o Must be detail-oriented and extremely well organized.
o Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
The employee is required to stand for extended periods of time outside in varying weather conditions (cold, rainy, snowy, harsh, hot, and humid).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
