Role and Responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews.
Facilitate all travel arrangements including flights, hotel stays and rental cars.
Initiate and manage candidate background check investigations.
Coordinate and help deliver new hire orientation.
Assist internal IT with new hire setup, i.e. PO's, system access, etc.
Perform various ad-hoc administrative duties in support of the recruitment team.
Prepare in-depth powerpoint presentation and excel documents.
Help drive engagement and adoption in new employee referral program.
Be an active participant in driving employee engagement though social media.
Provide key contributions to special events committee.
Actively support recruiting team in sourcing candidates for hard to positions.
Experience - Qualifications - and Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
Three years of administrative experience in a HR function required
Ability to handle demanding work load and manage multiple priorities efectively.
History of successfully working in an ambiguos enviroment that require quick turn-around times on projects.
Exceptional attention to details is a must
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to take initiative
Ability to work within a team environment as well as work independently
Must be able to manage projects and see them to completion
Start-up experience desired

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
