We're looking for highly motivated Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will show demonstrated success in warehouse & distribution management principles. They will be responsible for all 2nd Shift warehouse functions in our 30,000 sq. ft. distribution facility. Primary Job Functions:
Assist in leading, managing and coordinating all distribution functions of receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping functions to achieve quality, production, and customer service goals
Provide motivational leadership and direction to 2nd Shift associates to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost goals
Coordinate with Warehouse Managers to cover warehouse and personnel duties daily
Ensure and assist in the process that all orders are being expedited in a timely matter
Assist in the training, hiring and termination process of personnel
Inventory control, physical counts, and planning future capacity requirements
2nd Shift hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
