Essential Insurance Agency is searching for qualified candidates to join a team of highly successful Advisors. Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our agency. We are open to speaking with candidates who have a sales background including recent college graduates.
Essential Insurance Agency was created to provide a customized and simple way to make decisions about insurance coverage. The core value of our agency is to provide the very best service to all of our clients. This is why we do not recommend our clients apply for insurance until they understand what they need and what options they have.
Requirements:
As an Advisor for Essential Insurance you will have the opportunity to build a successful business by helping educate and empower individuals to find the best possible Medicare Insurance solutions. Licensed Advisors are responsible for working leads as they are assigned to them and servicing current clients. This will involve initiating contact with new prospects and completing follow up work through phone, mail, and direct contact. A successful Advisor will be excited about doing the following:
Presenting Essential Insurance products and services
Providing professional phone etiquette
Performing client focused needs analysis meetings
Following through and exceeding current and prospective client expectations
Multi-tasking
Setting goals with an action plan
Building relationships with clients
Ideal candidates for this role should have a positive outlook, be self-motivated and driven to succeed, have the ability to influence the decisions of others, be comfortable speaking and teaching in public and private settings, be well organized and have computer skills.
Specific insurance experience is not necessary, as we offer a comprehensive training that will include funding for a professional insurance license. We offer a salary and full benefits that begin during training. You will be equipped with the ability and resources to engage with customers and prospects, identify their needs, and connect them with solutions. In addition to regular training, we also provide personal coaching and mentoring to ensure you are well supported and guided as you build relationships with clients.
