The Superintendent oversees and directs the activities for all
production and maintenance operations of the sheet feeder facility.
Responsible for managing and maintaining processes including throughput,
cost and waste control, maintenance, equipment reliability, quality,
inventories control, and meeting budgeted production metrics.
Assure a safe and highly motivated workforce by providing leadership in
safety and environmental efforts, positive employee relations and work
systems development.
Provide leadership to production team leaders by applying high standards
for selection, having processes and tools to develop and motivate talent
and by assisting with the evaluation of processes and tools for
continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent5-8 years corrugated manufacturing
experience.
