As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling dates with suppliers, crews, and customers to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide assistance to customers throughout their projects, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Verify and approve crew labor and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers or direct them to the appropriate department as needed.
- Schedule lead appointments for the sales team and assist in managing their calendars.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in project management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in scheduling, preferably in a production or construction environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
