Onsite in Maryland Heights, MOTrainer - ERP DeploymentJOB DESCRIPTION Project-Based, Contingent Worker/Trainer will collaborate with subject matter experts and area management to develop learning solutions for end users of Microsoft D365 ERP. Trainer will develop, implement, and maintain training tools and materials (curricula, courses, documents, etc.) as well as facilitate training.QualificationsBachelors' Degree preferred.3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry (Pharma, Bio, Med Device) and has a solid grasp of manufacturing process equipment and cGMP.5
years of experience actively developing and delivering training to diverse groups using adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.Experience using and/or administering a Learning Management System.ERP deployment experience, Microsoft D365 experience or large enterprise IT applications or equivalent preferred.Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.Strong analytical and problem solving skillsSelf-Motivated with a proven record of taking initiativeAble to work with minimal supervisionProficient with Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.Good written communications skillsGood customer service skills, including phone skillsStrong verbal and interpersonal skillsHas strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse groups and individuals Trainer will perform the following activities:
Analyze existing procedures for D365 impacts in assigned process areas and determine training needs and solutions for end users.Work with Business Area Owners and SMEs to gather information as requested for inclusion in their training plan and content.Ensure deliverables meet assigned deadlines and proactively communicate any roadblocks or potential delays.Facilitate communication across departments; serve as a liaison between project participants and other team members, and partner with Technical Writers and Documentation Control staff and other departments to ensure timely completion of assigned outcomes. Collaborate with subject matter experts and area management to develop, implement and maintain training tools and materials (curricula, courses, documents, etc.) within the designated system.Facilitate training in small or large classroom settings, shift huddles and one on one as needed to ensure department compliance with corporate standards and regulations.Rollout D365 specific site and corporate training initiatives; effectively work with onsite and remote customers; and produce on-time, compliant business results through strong partnerships with other site functions and team members.Lead training projects, including identifying, sorting and filing important documentation, setting up meetings and all associated logistics, preparing and distributing reports and forms, and facilitation of project training meetings and other communication.Collaborate with authors and SMEs in business process functions to support instructional design, technical writing, and training development needs; ensure that aseptic production work instructions and training materials are in alignment.Schedules training sessions as needed for sitewide training plans for D365.Monitors all aspects of the trainee's progression against the training schedule. Provides Trainees with feedback against established learning objectives and performance standards. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
