We have a need for two Help Desk Technicians to help us grow and meet our clients' needs.
Do you have 2-3 years experience or 1 year experience for our entry-level position? Can you diagnose basic software or hardware issues to resolve problems? Can you set up equipment for employee use performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software? Can you answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems? Do you have a strong customer service orientation?
