A recognized services company in Missouri is currently seeking a new Business Analyst for a promising opportunity with their growing team in St.
Louis.
Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will:
Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operationsDetermine user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systemsServe as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staffIdentify, document, report, and track system issuesSupport the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverablesPerform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

years of Business Analyst experienceAssociate's and Bachelor's DegreeWorking knowledge of SalesforceExperience transitioning from Waterfall to AgileJira experienceExperience writing requirements and user storiesSolid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:
Agile and SAFe knowledge or experience Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Business Requirements Communication Engineering Networking Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
