We are looking for an organized, detailed, and reliable individual to join our team.
This person must have a pleasant personality, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to serve our customers.
Main duties include direct assistance to the president of the company.
Secondary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Maintain Illinois customer accounts Process work tickets Document and monitor employee training certifications Organize employee travel Weekly time card verification Maintain various reports Computer skills in such programs as Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and keep accurate records.
High School diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a Drug Screen and Background Check This position is a Monday-Friday position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
